Mobile players can't fly up if they have too many effects

If a mobile player has too many effects, they cannot fly up because they game will instead choose to show the effects screen.

 

Device: Samsung Galaxy A20 which is a 1560×720 phone.

Touch Button Size is set to 85 in the game settings.

 

A possible fix is to make the game choose the flying up button instead of the effects screen.
