Mountain foot hills not covered with snow in snowy biomes

In the snowy biomes the Mountains foot hills are not covered in snow.  I think this is a bug with how the new Mountains interact with the biomes they spawn in. In this case the Mountain turned snow covered ground into a flower forest in the middle of a snowy plains.
