Unable to get achivements.

I can't get any achivement anymore and I'm stuck. Everything was just fine a week ago but after an update my account seems to be blocked or I don't really know what's happening because I can't get any achivement at all. It's so rare because my friends can with my world but I can't. I've never activated any add-on or creative mode. My world does not have the legend that appears when you activate cheats or creative mode. I've been playing with that world file in survival model for around a year and I'm really upset about it. Everything software in my computer is original so I expect it to work. What can I do to fix it? I buy the game in Microsoft store but they suggest to get a response from Mojang so here I am. Would you mind to lend me a hand to fix it? Thanks in advanced.
