Windows 10 starter pack audio buzz and static

I bought the Windows 10 started pack from the Windows 10 and the background music sounds corrupted. There is a constant buzz and static. Sometimes it gets so loud that I have to remove my earphones. It appears as soon as I start Minecraft (on the wait screen)

 

I have the Greek and Plastic pack
