Unable to buy / purchase or restore skins

Whenever I try to purchase skins or press restore, its says "Unable to connect to the store". I tried it both on wifi or/and mobile data. Mcpe version is actually 0.13.1 but I cant choose it here. My phone is Nexus 5, stock 6.0.1
