I've been trying to access my skins but they never load properly and at times I've stayed in the character creator for over an hour yet they still didn't load.

Like I said in the summary I cannot get into my skins and change them so for 2 years I have been stuck with a disgusting steve skin I made. Please if you can try to fix this unless it is a problem solely with my connection.
