Bugging into blocks, jumping through the ceiling

I can jump through ceilings. Also I was in the End City and shulker hit me and when I was going up I always got hit by blocks so I used an Ender Pearl to teleport me on the ground and I got stuck in the ground and Steve was suddenly suffocating.
