error code crossbow can't play on my main account

I was playing minecraft on the nintendo switch and i switched accounts so i wasn't using my main account. however when i went to log into my microsoft account on my main it gave me a error code called "crossbow" and if i go to settings to try to sign in there it puts me on a loading screen for like 25 minutes before crashing. now i can only play on the second account so i'm worried that in all my worlds i won't be able to play with my friends. or my realms plus templates i can't play with. please fix this soon as i would like to play the game i paid for.
