Possible teleport exploit

I was going through and and portal while using an elytra on a server and glitched through the obsidian and fell into the void i tried this on a single player world that i made in 1.16.201 to test redstone when i tried it i glitched through the obsidian and also noticed it generated a second obsidian platform over 900 blocks away at the other end islands I’ll add a screenshot and if you need any more information i would be glad to provide whatever new information i find
