Lost access to saved worlds (fault nr. -3)

Hi, i lost access to my account (Puzur09) today.

Fault message: There is a fault with your account. Please contact help.mojang.com fault nr: -3.

I later regained access to the account but all the saved worlds was lost.

Is there a way you can help me to regain acess to my worlds??
