Wet sponges dripping under water

Wet, underwater sponges still show the drip animation, which doesn't make sense.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a sponge underwater

Observed Results:
The sponge still shows the drip animation.

Expected Results:
No drip animation should be shown.
