Can't use texture packs on realm

On my realm I've been wanting to use the texture packs included with realms plus however when I try put them on it always says failed to load them but when I go on the realm they will be applied onto it and it won't let me take them off so I tried resetting the realm to see if that would help but that always says that it failed to reset.
