Won't let me leave the Minecraft windows 10 beta.

I was unable to get out of the beta when I installed the Minecraft windows 10 edition for PC and I got into contact with someone to help me out and nothing that we tried ended up working. They said for me to put in a bug report so that someone could manually remove me from the Minecraft beta. Hope you can help. I noticed a bunch of people having the same problem and they say they are resolved even though they are not. I cannot leave the beta on any of my accounts because there is something wrong with the XBOX insider hub. It crashes every time I try to leave the beta no matter the account. Please fix.
