Minecraft is not working while Internet is on

Minecraft is not working with me while the Internet is on and when I turn the Internet off I can't play with people or anything, I tried delete the game multiple times and download it again and still the same no different, plz fix this i can't play or do anything 🙏🏻 , the screenshot shows that it don't break any block and my Internet is on
