East and South borders of world don't load in Old worlds.

The last chunk line on the East and South borders of Old-type worlds won't load after exiting and re-entering the world. These chunks will load the first time the world is loaded but not after. The chunks can be explored but no textures load on the blocks. Maps show these chunks like normal.
