Big dripleaf constantly bends when the player crawls under it

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, when the player crawls under the big dripleaf, the big dripleaf does not constantly bend. In the bedrock version, the big dripleaf will bend constantly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a small tunnel in one block.
2. Crawl into it using water.
3. Place the big dripleaf in this tunnel.
4. Crawl under it.

Observed results:

Big dripleaf will constantly bend when a player is underneath it.

Expected results:

Big dripleaf will not bend when a player is underneath.
