Small dripleaf and Big dripleaf cannot be set on fire

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

Small dripleaf and Big dripleaf cannot be ignited in any way.

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Place Small dripleaf and Big dripleaf.
2. Try setting fire to the placed blocks.

Observed results: 

Cannot be set on fire Small dripleaf and Big dripleaf.

Expected results: 

Small dripleaf and Big dripleaf should be lit.

Notes: 

Small dripleaf and Big dripleaf should burn from both the side and the top.
