Texture for bow appears invisible with texture packs only when held but not in item frames

i'm having an issue bows in the ver 1.16.210. In texture packs the bow appears invisible when held. Without any texture packs the bow seems to be offset and doesn't line up with the crosshair, also the attacks animation seems to be in slow motion.
