game flashes red and black screen and won't start

The game won't start and it's stuck flickering red and black whenever I try to boot it up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as updating drivers. I am aware that it could be my system that is the problem but I was wondering if there's something going on that could be fixed with a bug fix.
