Game glitched and wont give me trophy

ive put so many hours into this world and i have never turned on cheats. I recently killed the ender dragon as this was the last trophy i needed and i noticed i hadn't received the trophy so i checked the settings. My game glitched a while ago and said i needed to buy the whole version even though ive had the whole version for years but i brushed it off as it fixed itself.
