Nether map changed after recent update

After the update, my nether portal led me to the different random biome. I died and lost my all the important things. After I respawn, I tried to go back so I can get back my things however it led me back to original biome so I lost my important things with multiple enchantments and ancient debris.

How do i get my things back? I also found out that some of my pickaxe and swords and elytra disappeared.
