Marketplace and skins don’t load

Even if connected to the internet, the marketplace will display the error, “We’re unable to connect to the Marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?” Clicking on the “My Packs” button will soft lock the application and force you to restart it. When you go into your profile, skins will not show up.
