In 3rd person, crouching, if holding the sword, the sword isnt positioned correctly

While in the nether I was holding a diamond sword while crouching and when in 3rd person, the sword was acting like I was not crouching. Oh yeah while writing this report the version said that there was no such thing as 0.13.1 and thats thd version I took the screenshot on
