doors in creative

hello mojang!

so i was just playing around in creative and i wanted to build my house but,

i created a door but i didn't like the placing of the door and when i broke the wooden door it gave me another door (normally in creative when you break blocks/anything it doesn't give you the block itself) and i found it weird so i tested it on other kinds of doors like acacia or oak and when i broke the door it still gave me the item drop.

please fix this mojang! thanks!
