Flowering Azalea Leaves name and name ID are different from Java

The Bug
The name ID for Flowering Azalea Leaves on Java is "flowering_azalea_leaves", while the Bedrock ones are called "Flowered Azalea Leaves" with the name ID "azalea_leaves_flowered", which creates a parity issue between the two editions.
