Walls and fences do not connect to the moss block

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

Walls and fences do not connect to the moss block.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the moss block.
2. Place a wall and a fence next to it.

Observed results:

Blocks are not connected.

Expected results:

The blocks will connect.
