Norse mythology skins not loading

The Norse Mythology Mash-Up skins don't show up in the skin equip screen.

the pack itself is visible, the skins inside the frame are invisible, if you equip them your charachter won't load.

The player character is invisible if trying to use the mouse skins. These worked fine on the first play after  using the mash up pack. But subsequent use has not worked.
