Glow Item Frame cannot be placed on Moss Block

Summary:-

Tried placing glow item frame on a moss block and it just can't be placed.

 

How To Reproduce:-

1:- Place a Moss Block.

2:- Grab a Glow item frame.

3:- Now place a glow item frame on the moss block.

 

Observed Results:-

The Glow item frame cannot be placed on Moss Block.

 

Expected Results:-

The moss block should not prevent glow item from not being placed.
