How To Reproduce:-

1. Place a moss block.
2. Grab any of the blocks listed above.
3. Now place the block on top or the side of the moss block.

Observed Results:-
The block cannot be placed on the moss block.

Expected Results:-
Moss should not prevent the block from placing.
