Rooted dirt is not among all dirt blocks (in creative inventory)

Summary:

In the creative inventory, all the dirt blocks are together, but not the new rooted dirt.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the creative inventory.
2. Go to the nature section or the "all" tab.
3. Find rooted dirt.

Observed results:

Rooted dirt is separate from other dirt blocks.

Expected results:

All the dirt blocks will be together.
