Big dripleaf breaks when tilted in the air

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

If you place Big dripleaf with a command (such as fill, setblock) and stand on it, then it will break instantly. In the Java version, it can bend in the air.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Write the command: /setblock ~ ~5 ~ big_dripleaf
2. Stand on Big dripleaf.

Observed results:

Big dripleaf will break.

Expected results:

Big dripleaf will bend but not break.
