A weird item appears on the creative menu

A weird item that has a blank name can be seen on the creative menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable all the experimentals
2. Open your inventory 
3. Click the beds section
4. Scroll down

Observed Results:

An item that isn't supposed to be accessible appears on the crative menu where you grab your bed/redstone materials etc.

Expected Results:

The item shouldn't be accessible theough creative menu nor commands.
