minecraft crashes when it stings

Hello a few months ago buy minecraft bedrock windows 10 edition everything works fine but when I play survival when itches crashes, game with good fps I tried to update the drivers and even format my pc but nothing works, but when creative game does not crash, I need your help I have changed version but does not work (I speak Spanish excuse bad translation)
