Rooted Dirt uses different name ID from Java

The name ID for rooted dirt on Bedrock Edition is different from Java Edition. In Bedrock Edition, the name ID name is "dirt_with_roots", instead of "rooted_dirt".

Step to Reproduce
Type this command in the chat
/give @s rooted_dirt
---> Syntax error.

/give @s dirt_with_roots
---> Gives you rooted dirt.
