Marketplace Purchase Incomplete Sharing

I've been trying to get my Android marketplace purchases to import to iOS so I don't have to pay for the same product again since I already paid once. Both phones have the same version of Minecraft and use the same account, but some items will just not port to the other device. In specifics, I have 3 texture packs on Android but 0 on iOS. They use the same account and should share purchased marketplace items, but somehow they don't. Is there a way to get it to properly share the stuff onto the other device?
