Marketplace isn't available purchased skins not available

son cant log into his Microsoft account in Minecraft and says there is an error with the account and he has lost all his skins etc and won’t let him log in through his Nintendo switch! Please help as soon as you can to unlock the account to help him get everything back we bought and allow him to log back in to his account.
