Had to download Minecraft again and all my worlds were lost!

I tried numerous times to log into Minecraft on 2/18/21 and had to reset my password. It still would not allow me access to Realms or my worlds or skins. This has happened in the past and it forced me to re-download. Today, I lost worlds I'd been working on for over a year because this time, I only had access to things bought on Mojang/Minecraft. Everything was wiped. My account is AlgolThiri. Please repair.
