Cant access realm

Cannot access realm, RockRealm is the name

I cant play due to my settings. Which havent changed sense 2018, ive been the past 12 hours changing passwords adding more security deleting n downloading turning off n on internet with nothing working, i can access my realm on mobile no problem, i log out and try xbox and get message saying i cannot play multiplayer dur to my settings. 12 hours later this is starting to get to me. There has to b a solution my gold is good realm is payed for, this should work, ive never had this issue until 2 days agao,
