Square appears behind crosshair when submerged under water/lava/powder snow

In creative, when diving into lava, I noticed a green stroke next to the cursor. To see the bug more clearly, you need to drink a potion of night vision.

Steps to Reproduce:

Set the anti-aliasing to 2 or higher
Optionally, drink a potion of night vision
Submerge yourself in lava or water
