skin glitch

Hi I would like to report a bug with the custom skins, when creating a custom skin my friends cannot see it and when I try to change skins it will not allow me to unless I leave the game and the only way they can see the skin is when I recreate it which has been a huge pain for me. if you could deal with that whenever you can that would be greatly appreciated.
