When creating the nether dimension, the entire dimension becomes stone

`When entering for the first time the nether dimension, I noticed that the netherack/quartz ore/magma blocks and netherite ore were replaced by stone. Another thing that caught my eye was that the lava was replaced by water for a strange reason. I also have the world download here portal location [103, 10, 26].
