My friends on the Windows 10 version not showing online when I go to join their world

None of my friends are showing as playing Minecraft one friend is on Xbox one is on PS4 and one is on PC with none of them showing as joinable. I can see them as playing the game in the Xbox app but they are not joinable through the game. is anyone having this issue and is there a way to fix it?
