Vindicator and Evoker spawn in Woodland Mansion in Peaceful mode.

In my world, I walked around 13k blocks, (in peaceful mode) and i find the woodland mansion. My parrot starts making mob noises and i look into the mansion and boom, mobs and the world is in peaceful mode????? Please fix this!
