Unused "soul lava" particle

In 1.16, in addition to the usual soul flame particle, a soul equivalent for the lava was added. Why it was added is unknown, as it appears to be completely unused. It should probably be either removed or given a use, perhaps for soul campfires (tested, they do not emit this particle).
