Cannot sign in (button does nothing)

So basically i have this problem when i go on minecraft and when i go onto it at the bottom left corner it says "sign into playstation network" i presd on it and it does nothing or when i go to the store it says "you will need an account for playstation network to browse the store" and i dont know how to fix this
