Drowned does not drop armor after transitioning from a zombie

An armored zombie that converted into a drowned did not drop the armor it was wearing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to drop any armor (Ex. chestplate) to a zombie underwater
2. Wait until the zombie picks up and wears the armor
3. Zombie starts transitioning into drowned after 30 seconds
4. After transitioning, drowned still appears to wear the armor when it was a previous zombie.
