My Hunger bar, health bar, inventory bar, and hand do not show up on screen

Whenever I load into my worlds my hunger bar, health bar, inventory bar, and my hands do not show up. I have to open my crafting inventory to see what I am holding. This happens in worlds with texture packs and worlds without texture packs. I
noticed this 2 days ago on 3/13.
