Cocoa Beans can be placed inside entities

The bug

Normally you can’t place blocks inside entities, however cocoa beans can be placed inside of entities like the player or mobs. Relates to MCPE-119082, MCPE-105559, MCPE-65671, MCPE-112516 and MCPE-39674, discovered while testing MCPE-49126

How to reproduce:

1. Place a jungle log
2. Walk against the jungle log
3. Try to place cocoa beans

Observed result: You placed the cocoa beans and got pushed away.

Expected result: You shouldn’t be able to place it.
