when I click 'esc' in my world, no menu pops to exit and save or settings. Instead, it just shows lines.

It told me that I have all the updates and cannot have any more updates and that that it no longer supports my Minecraft account but when I wanted to go to multiplayer because my worlds wasn't working, it told me that I have to update realms. (i haven't bought any realms and I don't know how to update it) idk what affects mean I just put a random one down
