There should be no sound when defrosting from fire/lava (vanilla parity)

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the bedrock version, there is a sound during defrosting (the same as when extinguishing), but in Java it is not.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place powder snow.
2. Enter powder snow.
3. Wait a while inside powder snow (to better see the defrosting effect).
4. Place the fire.
5. Enter the fire to defrost.

Observed results:

There is sound when defrosting from fire.

Expected results:

There is no sound when defrosting from fire.
